Story of origins

John's vision of a new mindbody practice that combines several healing techniques into one simple powerful practice, encompasses the start of the journey that would become Agoy. 

The practice was developed in conjunction with Jason to suit his background in energy healing, somatic practices like Feldenkrais, mindbody practices like yoga and contemporary dance.

John's background in music influenced the addition of crystal bowl tones that resonate with the energy centres of the body.

John used his unique access to transformational energy work to create the generator of change, the Agoy energy that clears away mental and emotional stress.

The result: as easy, gentle meditative healing practice powerful enough to clear away a difficult week, ensuring you're ready for the week again.
